True False Game


Purpose: To help Scouts consider a topic and express an opinion on it.


Development Stage:
• Developing Awareness
• Measuring change


Instructions:
• The leader or some of Scouts research a topic and write some statements on a it (some of the statement should be true and some false).
• Each patrol is give a card for 'true' and a card for 'false'.
• The statements are read out one at a time.
• The patrols discuss each statement and hold up the card if they think it is true or false.
• Leader reads out the answer.
• The unit then discusses the topic and their responses.


Equipment Needed: Statements and 'True' and 'False' cards for each Patrol.
